ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be submitted and postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Items marked 30% off or more are final sale
- All non-apparel items are final sale

PROCESS
- Visit our returns portal to start your return
- Enter your order number and email address to access your order
- Select your item(s) you want to return and choose your reason
- Upload photos of the items if required for your return reason
- Print your return shipping label when provided
- Package items securely and attach the label, then drop off at any carrier location

If you purchased the $1.98 free returns + exchanges at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be provided a pre-paid label through the returns portal.

REFUNDS
- Refunds process within 1-2 business day after your return shipment is delivered to our warehouse
- Options for refunds are original payment method or store credit
- Original payment refunds appear in 3-5 business days depending on your bank

EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value
