We may not be Amazon, but we sure like to try to be. Fast (like really fast - next day*) shipping straight from our store in Boonville, Missouri!

  • $8 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $100!
  • Orders are processed and shipped out NEXT day from our warehouse in Boonville, MO. If you order Friday, Saturday, or Sunday your order will ship out first thing Monday morning!
  • FREE local pickup is available in Boonville, Missouri (Choose option at checkout.)

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We know no one wants to deal with returns that are a hassle, that's why we try to make returns as EASY as possible!

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be submitted and postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items marked 30% off or more are final sale
  • All non-apparel items are final sale

Final sale categories include:

Accessories, Bath + Beauty, Baby items, Books + Paper Goods, Home Goods + Gifts, Seasonal items, Christmas merchandise, Jewelry, Hair Accessories, Bags, Purses, Wallets, and Food products.

PROCESS

  1. Visit our returns portal to start your return
  2. Enter your order number and email address to access your order
  3. Select your item(s) you want to return and choose your reason
  4. Upload photos of the items if required for your return reason
  5. Print your return shipping label when provided
  6. Package items securely and attach the label, then drop off at any carrier location

CHECKOUT+

If you purchased the $1.98 free returns + exchanges at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be provided a pre-paid label through the returns portal.

If you did not purchase the $1.98 free returns + exchanges at the original time of checkout, you will be able to purchase a return label through our returns portal.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds process within 1-2 business day after your return shipment is delivered to our warehouse
  • Options for refunds are original payment method or store credit
  • Original payment refunds appear in 3-5 business days depending on your bank
  • Store credit processes immediately and never expires

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value
  • You can exchange your item for any product in our store within the same price range
  • Shipping costs for exchanges may be covered if you have return protection coverage

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility for standard returns and exchanges
  • Return shipping is pre-paid if you selected the $1.98 free returns + exchanges at the original time of purchase
  • We cover all shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items
